• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the WEBCON BPS platform
• Strong experience designing and implementing end-to-end business workflows
• Hands-on experience building advanced business rules, decision trees, process logic, and process automation solutions
• Experience developing and maintaining system integrations and data exchange mechanisms
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and workflow solutions
• Good understanding of workflow architecture and business process automation concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Native Polish language proficiency
• English at B1/B2 level or higher
• Availability to start ASAP or within a maximum one-month notice period

• Experience developing workflow solutions within banking or financial services
• Knowledge of mortgage, lending, or other credit-related business processes
• Experience with workflow architecture design and process optimization

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end workflow solutions using the WEBCON BPS platform
• Build and maintain complex business process logic, decision rules, decision trees, and process state models
• Develop and support integrations between WEBCON BPS and internal and external systems
• Design data exchange mechanisms supporting automated business processes
• Optimize workflow performance, process efficiency, and event handling
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Reuse and adapt existing workflow components and proven solutions where appropriate
• Contribute to workflow architecture standards, development guidelines, and technical best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within implemented workflow solutions
• Ensure high-quality delivery, maintainability, and stability of developed solutions
• Support the continuous improvement and evolution of existing business processes
