Senior Power BI Developer

Nordea's Capital Management Software Development team engineers solutions to support the bank's transformation, focusing on the Capital Management agenda within the Capital and Risk Train (CART). The team operates internationally with locations in Sweden and Poland, supporting high customer and user-oriented IT services.

• Minimum of 5 years’ documented experience in Power BI development including 2 to 3 years’ experience with Power BI Service/cloud, data modelling with strong business acumen, optimization, and Row Level Security
• Professional experience in analytical tools such as SQL
• Professional experience and/or knowledge of Agile, Scrum or SAFe including BizDevOps
• Academic degree in computer sciences, mathematics or engineering
• Good understanding of Regulatory Reporting for European Banks
• Full proficiency in verbal and written English

Nice to have:

• Professional experience with Snowflake, AI coding assistance, and basic understanding of warehouse and reporting solutions such as SAP Business Warehouse

• Support applications in an agile development way by coordinating, planning, and driving technical changes implementation in the Capital and Risk Train (an Agile Release Train)
• Participate in major improvements and development tasks to support own unit to add value, and deliver according to targets
• Proactively share own knowledge and IT competencies on a cross-unit and cross-border basis to enable the continuing strengthening of competencies
