NFM Poland Sp. z o.o. is part of NFM Group and operates a global Microsoft IT environment, responsible for development, security, and maintenance across multiple countries.

• Practical experience in administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure and computer networks
• Knowledge of identity and endpoint security principles
• Practical understanding of security concepts: Least Privilege, Zero Trust, MFA
• Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and take responsibility for implementations
• Ability to create technical documentation
• Very good command of English language
• Driving license category B

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of PowerShell and administrative task automation
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph / REST API
• Experience or interest in AI solutions in Microsoft ecosystem (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI)
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Power BI

• Administer and develop the global Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Manage users, groups, licenses, and environment standards
• Analyze and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services
• Work with Enterprise Applications, App Registrations, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, RBAC, and B2B external users
• Manage identities synchronization, authentication, access, and device registration issues
• Apply principles of Least Privilege, Zero Trust, and MFA to technical solutions
• Manage endpoint environment via Microsoft Intune including Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Endpoint Security, application deployment, Windows Autopilot, updates, and Windows device management
• Analyze issues related to device registration and compliance
• Analyze security alerts and work with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint / Defender XDR
• Support EDR processes and basic incident analysis
• Collaborate with external Security Operations Center
• Monitor security of the global environment
• Develop and enforce security policies
• Participate in Disaster Recovery Plan preparation and testing
• Analyze risks and propose improvements
• Lead infrastructure, cloud, and security projects within NFM Group subsidiaries
• Implement new Microsoft solutions, migrations, infrastructure changes, security improvements, automation, environment standardization, and system integrations
