Senior AI Engineer (Conversational AI, GCP, Gemini)

In4ge is a recruitment company focused on connecting talented individuals with suitable companies. The client project involves Conversational AI and Generative AI, focused on designing, building, and developing modern AI agents supporting Customer Experience (CX) processes within the Google Cloud environment.

• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Practical experience with Dialogflow.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience in Conversational AI, LLM, or GenAI.
• Experience building AI agents.
• Knowledge of API integration and backend systems.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for effective communication in an international project environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Gemini, Vertex AI, CCAI, or CXAS.
• Knowledge of RAG architectures.
• Experience with Terraform and CI/CD.
• Integrations with Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
• Experience in enterprise-scale AI projects.

• Design and develop AI agents utilizing Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX), Gemini Models, and CXAS.
• Migrate existing Conversational AI solutions to modern generative architectures.
• Implement functionalities such as Generative Knowledge Assist, AI Coach, Live Translation, and Conversational Insights.
• Integrate AI agents with Contact Center platforms, CRM systems, and backend services.
• Design and develop solutions based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Create and optimize prompts and orchestration layers for LLM models.
• Maintain GCP environments, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure as code.
• Monitor performance, response quality, security, and efficiency of AI agents.
