Wymagania
- Experience in IT support (Service Desk/L2 support).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in automation (e.g., Python) and cloud security fundamentals (IAM, least privilege).
- Fluent English (minimum B2) for global collaboration.
Nice to have:
- Experience with GCP (Cloud Run), AWS, or Azure.
- Familiarity with Apptio Cloudability, Power BI, Jira, ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of FinOps principles (tagging, cost allocation, budgeting).
Obowiązki
- Manage platform operations, user onboarding, access management, and feature configuration.
- Provide updates on service status, known issues, and cloud consumption trends.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes (e.g., ticket handling, access provisioning).
- Remediate security findings in line with established guidelines.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
