Product Owner

For our client, a Swedish consulting company specializing in consultancy services and contract-based assignments, mainly in the areas of IT, digitalization, and management.

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in developing product roadmaps, managing backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and managing requirements.
• Practical experience in projects involving AI, generative AI, chatbots, automation, or process digitalization.
• Ability to translate business needs into concrete digital solutions.
• Experience working with business teams, IT, development teams, and key stakeholders.
• Experience leading projects related to digitalization, automation, or process optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good command of English (B2) and fluent Swedish.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive initiatives from idea through to implementation.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or Microsoft 365.

• Creating and developing the product roadmap for AI, automation, and digitalization solutions.
• Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements and translating them into concrete digital solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, generative AI, chatbots, digital assistants, and automation to improve business processes.
• Coordinating the development and implementation of digital solutions in collaboration with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Managing the product backlog, setting priorities, and defining the next stages of solution development.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders and ensuring that solutions are aligned with business needs and organizational goals.
• Preparing and maintaining product documentation, requirements, processes, and solution-related procedures.
