Ekspert/ Tech Lead Java [K/M]

• Minimum 5 years of experience programming in Java.
• At least 3 years of experience with Java 17+.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Leader of a Java backend team.
• Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka, Apache Camel, Spring Boot, relational databases, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate).
• Experience with GitLab and Maven.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests (JUnit, Mockito).
• Knowledge of design patterns.
• Familiarity with platforms, APIs, and integration channels used by energy operators, particularly Unicorn (ECP/EDX) solutions.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Independence, responsibility, and timeliness in task completion.
• High communication competencies.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS / Oracle Database 19c.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Basic understanding of Linux systems.

• Support the development team in defining and implementing technical tasks.
• Analyze, verify, and plan technological advancements for the project.
• Implement new technologies within project teams, including conducting training and mentoring.
• Develop backend system architecture.
• Design and implement new functionalities.
• Create and develop unit and integration tests.
• Support the team in best programming practices and technical decision-making.
• Maintain quality, performance, and maintainability of developed solutions.
