Senior Quality Engineer - Tellent Intelligence (AI)

• Several years of hands-on quality engineering experience with senior-level ownership in complex web application testing.
• Experience testing AI-powered applications, LLM-based products, conversational AI, or machine learning systems is a strong plus.
• Proficiency building and maintaining end-to-end automated test suites with Playwright.
• Skills in API and backend testing.
• Ability to balance product understanding with technical details.
• Familiarity with AI testing challenges including prompt engineering, hallucinations, model bias, evaluation datasets, and AI safety.
• Analytical mindset for defining quality expectations in variable output systems.
• Fluent English required for daily collaboration; Polish language knowledge is a plus.

• Work closely with Quality Engineers to implement and improve test automation strategy within the Tellent Intelligence domain.
• Collaborate with developers and AI engineers to embed quality early in development processes.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and automated suites for frontend, backend, and AI functionality.
• Develop expertise in the product domain to identify risks and guide quality decisions.
• Create testing strategies for AI features ensuring functional correctness, relevance, consistency, and safety of AI outputs.
• Develop evaluation datasets and quality benchmarks to test non-deterministic AI systems.
• Partner with engineers to validate prompt changes, AI agent behavior, and safety guardrails.
• Establish best practices, quality metrics, and testing frameworks for LLM-powered applications continuously.
