The Customer Engagement Service Domain within Nordea’s Corporate Service Area builds and operates customer engagement applications such as onboarding, reporting, CRM, and BI solutions. The team is modernizing the technology landscape, strengthening data foundations, and accelerating AI adoption.
Wymagania
- Preferably 7+ years of experience as Solution Architect, Data Architect, or Tech Lead across multiple technologies
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solution designs adhering to Nordea Group Architecture principles
- Proven ability to produce clear architectural documentation
- Hands-on experience with Datawarehouse, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and BI platforms such as PowerBI, QlikView or similar
- Programming experience in languages such as Java, Python is a plus
- AI architect experience is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration skills
- Technology-agnostic mindset and ability to provide solution recommendations
- Ability to engage in business and technical discussions and guide teams
- Curiosity and adaptability in the evolving AI landscape
Obowiązki
- Design and maintain data and solution architecture across technologies and applications
- Collaborate with domain architects, tech leads, data engineers, and developers to ensure target architecture adherence
- Drive architectural documentation and support approval and governance processes
- Define data architecture patterns for sourcing, transformation, storage, and consumption
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with engineering and product teams
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices to delivery teams
