Corporate Cybersecurity Specialist (m / f)

Medicover is the employer offering this role in the cybersecurity domain. The work model is hybrid with 1 day per week in the Warsaw office and the rest remote. The position is based in Warszawa at Aleje Jerozolimskie 96.

• Higher education or current studies, preferably in cybersecurity, information security, IT, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk, or compliance.
• Knowledge of information security management standards, especially ISO 27001.
• Knowledge in cybersecurity, data protection, and IT risk management.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and formulate recommendations.
• English language proficiency at a level allowing fluent communication (B2).
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and strong analytical and communication skills.

• Maintain and coordinate cybersecurity services and support information security requirements in the organization.
• Assess IT and digital service vendors for cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Participate in reviewing business and IT projects from the cybersecurity and risk management perspective.
• Monitor, analyze, and report cybersecurity, risk, and IT compliance indicators.
• Support processes for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risk for systems, services, and vendors.
• Participate in developing and updating cybersecurity and data protection policies, procedures, and standards.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to support information security decision-making.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and vendors to implement and maintain security and compliance requirements.

Recruitment is remote. The employment type is permanent (umowa o pracę). The position requires work in a hybrid model with one day per week in the Warsaw office and remaining days remote. English language proficiency (B2) is required. Only candidates located in or able to work in Warszawa are considered.
