Senior Solution Architect

• Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Domain Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a comparable senior role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise-level architectural solutions.
• Experience with defining architecture vision, principles, and roadmap for data products and APIs.
• Ability to align business capabilities, data assets, APIs, and platforms across multiple streams.
• Knowledge of API-first architecture, design standards, and governance.
• Familiarity with security, scalability, and resilience of APIs and solutions.
• Understanding of data product patterns, ownership, quality, metadata, and lifecycle.
• Experience supporting event-driven and service-oriented integration approaches.
• Skills in defining functional and non-functional requirements including availability, performance, and security.
• Ability to enable Continuous Delivery and DevOps practices.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and mentoring abilities.

Lead architecture across domains:

• Define and evolve the architecture vision, principles, and roadmap for Data Products and Domain APIs.
• Align business capabilities, data assets, APIs, and technology platforms across multiple delivery streams.
• Oversee end-to-end solution architecture and coordinate the work of embedded software architects.
• Identify interfaces, data flows, and cross-domain dependencies, guiding teams in evaluating solution alternatives.

Drive data product excellence:

• Establish patterns and standards for domain-owned data products to ensure they are discoverable, trustworthy, and governed.
• Clarify data ownership, boundaries, quality expectations, metadata, and lifecycle responsibilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to maximize the value and safe use of data across the organization.

Shape the domain API landscape:

• Define API-first architecture principles, design standards, governance, and integration patterns.
• Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, resilient, observable, and easy for consumers to use.
• Support event-driven and service-oriented integration approaches where they provide clear value.

Build resilient, delivery-ready solutions:

• Define functional and non-functional requirements for availability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Build and maintain the architectural runway needed for sustainable delivery and future change.
• Enable Continuous Delivery and DevOps through pragmatic design guidelines and automation.

Collaborate and influence:

• Work closely with Product and Solution Management, engineering teams, and Enterprise Architects.
• Communicate complex architecture decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams, fostering collaboration and decentralized decision-making.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
