Mid / Mid+ Golang Developer

WEBSENSA sp. z o.o. is seeking a Mid / Mid+ Golang Developer to join project teams delivering backend solutions in the areas of AdTech, e-commerce, system integration, and data processing.

• Very good knowledge of Golang.
• Experience in designing and developing backend services.
• Practical knowledge of Git.
• Practical knowledge of Docker.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Knowledge of relational or non-relational databases.
• Ability to write readable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Knowledge of good backend application design practices.
• Ability to debug and analyze technical problems.
• Independence in task execution.
• Responsibility for delivered solutions.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Attention to code quality and good development practices.
• Willingness for continuous development and openness to new technologies.
• Communicative in Polish language.
• Readiness to work in a hybrid mode.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQL databases.
• Experience in projects in AdTech, e-commerce, system integration, or data processing.
• Knowledge of queueing systems, data streaming, or asynchronous processing.
• Experience with microservices and distributed architecture.
• Experience with higher traffic or data volume systems.
• Knowledge of basic JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with CI/CD and development process automation.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar container orchestration tools.
• Experience writing unit, integration, or contract tests.
• Ability to work with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Ability to effectively use AI developer tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, opencode, Gemini CLI, Codex, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT or similar.
• Openness to agent-based coding approaches and automation of developer tasks.

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services in Golang.
• Building new components and functionalities in existing systems.
• Creating and developing APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Working on systems related to AdTech, e-commerce, data processing, and integration.
• Implementing business logic on the backend side.
• Working with SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQL databases.
• Optimizing the performance, stability, and scalability of services.
• Debugging, analyzing errors, and solving technical problems.
• Working with containerization and runtime environments based on Docker.
• Ensuring code quality, readability, testability, and maintainability.
• Participating in technical solution design.
• Collaborating with backend and frontend developers, testers, architects, and product owners.
• Participating in task estimation, code reviews, and project planning.
• Using AI tools supporting programming and automation of development work.

The working language is Polish. The position requires hybrid work. The employment form is B2B contract. The administrator of personal data is WEBSENSA sp. z o.o., and data processing follows applicable legal regulations.
