Wymagania
- Proven track record as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Expert in collaborating and leading to achieve common objectives.
- Ability to independently manage stakeholders up to Executive level and build long-lasting relationships based on trust.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to establish this culture within the team.
- Experience partnering with Engineering and UX Design to drive joint prioritization.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technology roadmaps and vice versa.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Polish proficiency at minimum C1 level.
Obowiązki
- Develop and execute the tech-platform-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for the Product Catalog.
- Lead a development team to deliver features introducing standardized product data enhancing naming consistency and imagery.
- Engage team members and stakeholders with a compelling product vision.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog aligning with strategic goals.
- Facilitate communication across different teams to ensure alignment on Enhanced Category Experience goals.
