Senior Web/Mobile Developer

Invarion LLC is a company located in Gdańsk, currently building user interfaces with React, React Native, and Angular. The engineering team works in an AI-enabled environment focusing on web and mobile products.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production application experience.
• Excellent logical, analytical, and abstract thinking skills.
• Ability to understand unfamiliar problems and work independently toward solutions.
• Strong experience in at least one modern application development ecosystem, ideally including React, React Native, or Angular.
• Experience with Flutter, native iOS, native Android, or comparable platforms is highly relevant.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies beyond particular frameworks.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, state management, APIs, asynchronous systems, and testing.
• Experience creating high-quality user interfaces with focus on usability, visual polish, responsiveness, and interaction design.
• Practical experience using modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, JavaScript, or comparable programming languages.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership from ambiguous problems to finished results.

• Own problems and turn product goals into technical solutions.
• Build across the UI stack including React, React Native, Angular, and other technologies.
• Use AI tools for research, implementation, debugging, prototyping, and testing.
• Become productive in unfamiliar frameworks, libraries, APIs, or platforms as needed.
• Craft polished, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces focusing on interaction details and UX.
• Make good architectural decisions by breaking down complex problems.
• Take features through the full lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Collaborate across the stack with APIs and backend services.
• Share knowledge and improve development practices within the team.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
