Mid Data Analyst (Campaigns Planning)

Allegro is an e-commerce company located in Warszawa. The role involves working with large data sets and contributing to campaign planning and execution in the e-commerce domain.

• Experience analyzing large volumes of data in an e-commerce environment.
• Ability to identify problems, draw accurate conclusions, and propose solutions.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
• Recognize opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Practical knowledge of data engineering including combining data from multiple sources, preparing and transforming data sets, conducting validation, and building repeatable processing workflows.
• Meticulousness, independence, and inquisitiveness.
• Ability to communicate analysis results and recommendations clearly and intuitively.
• Very good knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of GCP, BigQuery, Airflow, and Git is an additional advantage.

• Prepare and execute campaigns analytically, including selecting assortment and pricing.
• Analyze large data sets to identify patterns and dependencies.
• Translate analysis into recommendations supporting key business decisions.
• Collaborate with managers and business teams providing data and analytical support.
• Develop and optimize processes and tools supporting campaign preparation and execution.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI), analyze changes, and identify areas for improvement.

Data administrator is Allegro.pl based in Poznań.
