[RPG] Scrum Master

Software Mind develops solutions for global tech giants and unicorns, focusing on transformative projects and emerging technologies. The team includes cross-functional roles such as developers, testers, DevOps engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters, working on innovative document management software for clinical research.

• At least 3 years of commercial experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding Scrum Master as a flexible, hands-on coordinator role.
• Proven ability to communicate and demonstrate value delivered by teams and Scrum Master.
• Experience driving improvements across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Independent and pragmatic thinker versus rigid Scrum Guide adherence.
• Experience engaging with leadership roles such as CTOs and Heads of Development to advocate solutions and drive change.
• Ability to manage workload and say no when necessary.

• Product development knowledge.

• Technical background.
• Agile certification from Scrum.org and practical experience applying it to development teams.

• Leading and coaching Scrum teams to self-organize around sprint goals.
• Demonstrating the value delivered by teams and the Scrum Master role.
• Improving processes beyond individual teams in collaboration with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development/QA teams.
• Adapting Scrum practices pragmatically rather than strictly following the Scrum Guide.
• Coordinating day-to-day team activities by switching roles between coach, Scrum Master, or problem-solver.
• Facilitating communication and Scrum ceremonies.
