Senior Consultant, .Net

The role is situated within Ensono Digital's Cloud Native Consulting department, focusing on delivering modern cloud-native solutions.

• Proven experience developing high-quality solutions using .NET (Core / modern .NET)
• Experience building and operating systems on cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Strong understanding of microservice and distributed architectures
• Ability to translate business requirements into designs and sub-system architectures
• Experience writing integration and end-to-end tests, using approaches such as BDD
• Accountability for code quality, security, and engineering standards
• Strong technical communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving skills in complex delivery environments
• Ability to contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools while remaining accountable
• Collaborative mindset with commitment to knowledge sharing
• Professional and proactive approach focusing on high-quality client outcomes

• Design and architect components and sub-systems within larger, complex solutions
• Write high-quality, testable .NET code and contribute to cloud-native solution delivery
• Collaborate across the full project lifecycle with internal teams and client stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and sub-system architectures
• Participate in discovery, planning, design reviews, and architectural decision-making
• Work in a spec-driven manner, refining specifications and acceptance criteria
• Effectively use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining accountability
• Act as a senior role model, resolving technical challenges and mentoring junior engineers
• Maintain strong engineering standards and clear documentation
• Contribute to Ensono Digital communities and competency groups through knowledge sharing
