IT Support Engineer Intern

• Basic knowledge of Windows or MacOS.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols.
• Overall knowledge of IT and technology.
• Willingness to learn and upskill in innovative technologies.
• Analytical skills.
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability for at least 24 hours per week, working onsite in Katowice.

Nice to have:

• Experience with a ticketing system.

• Provide onsite support for internal users.
• Offer account and access support for highly available systems.
• Prepare equipment for users and handle returned equipment, including wiping disks and installing systems and software.
• Update and modify the internal hardware database.
• Communicate with users and manage the handover of equipment.
• Maintain internal documentation.
