System Analyst with PO Experience

• Experience as a System Analyst for 3.5+ years.
• Experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io for requirements management and process modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and gRPC.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow/process automation platforms.
• Familiarity with ELK Stack for log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Git and solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical thinking and systems understanding.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.

Responsibilities:

• Capture, analyze, and document business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Model business processes (BPMN), design solutions, build prototypes.
• Support backlog refinement with detailed requirements.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and developers.
• Own product vision, goals, and success metrics.
• Define and manage roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
• Make scope and trade-off decisions (value vs risks vs constraints).
• Ensure backlog readiness and alignment with business goals.
• Engage stakeholders and align expectations.
• Lead demos, reviews, validate delivered increments (DoD).
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, product performance.
• Manage risks, dependencies, escalations.
• Ensure compliance (legal, data privacy, security).
• Drive Agile/Lean practices and continuous improvement.
