Application Support Specialist

The position is within the IT Infrastructure & Operations area of the automotive industry.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of maintaining financial applications and infrastructure
• Experience in installation, configuration, or support of business applications
• Good general technical knowledge
• Understanding of ITIL and COBIT best practices
• Good command of English, both spoken and written (level B2)

• Ensure high availability and reliability of applications and supporting platforms for client environments
• Plan and execute deployments and updates of applications and platforms in pre-production and production environments
• Analyze and resolve tickets according to SLA
• Coordinate escalations and monitor incidents
• Manage communication with clients and partners ensuring transparency of support process
• Maintain, configure, and optimize applications for business users
• Perform installations, updates, and configuration changes of applications
• Collaborate closely with Service Desk and infrastructure teams
• Cooperate during service deployments to test environments
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
• Monitor and analyze application health and implement performance improvement actions
• Collaborate with development teams and suppliers to implement improvements
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) processes
• Identify and minimize operational risks
• Participate in monitoring compliance with IT processes such as ITIL

Work model: Hybrid - 3 days per week from the office in Warsaw, Poland.
