Mid Fullstack Python Developer

The role is with Ness Solution, working on transforming underwriting processes using AI and cloud technologies. The newly formed, cross-functional team builds AI agents and modern applications supporting underwriters, integrating with key business systems such as policy systems and rating engines. Technologies include React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, and Microsoft Azure services like Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, and Blob Storage.

• Minimum 2 years experience in Data Science/AI with at least 1 year of production deployment
• Proficient in Python (including pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL
• Good knowledge of React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI
• Good knowledge of Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry
• Good knowledge of LangGraph or similar orchestration tools, prompt engineering, and context engineering
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL database
• Practical experience in MLOps using Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience with the Azure cloud platform
• Understanding of AI Governance, AI Act requirements
• Higher education in technical fields (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)

• Build Underwriter OS application: frontend with Next.js/React, backend with FastAPI/Python
• Integrate AI agents with application using orchestration tools like LangChain/LangGraph
• Integrate with policy administration systems, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portal, and Outlook
• Deploy solutions on Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines
• Build and orchestrate AI agents by transforming underwriting guidelines into AI agent instructions
• Build data extraction processes from broker documents
