Application Support Specialist | Remote

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (application support / Operations & Maintenance)
• Knowledge of basic Linux commands (log, process, and port analysis) and understanding of HTTP protocol and API principles
• Basic knowledge of relational databases (preferably MySQL) and ability to write simple SQL queries
• Experience with business systems (e.g., CRM, operational platforms, Call Center) and monitoring tools
• Proficient English language skills enabling everyday communication
• Strong communication skills, patience, and meticulousness
• Willingness to provide occasional on-call support during critical failures

• Daily operation and monitoring of application systems, managing alerts, and quickly diagnosing and resolving incidents
• Providing support to business users for system usage and resolving functional and technical requests
• Participating in new application version deployments, environment configuration, and change management
• Analyzing system logs, identifying interface errors, and close cooperation with the development team
• Creating and verifying data backups and maintaining documentation and knowledge bases
• Participating in tests, audits, and verification of business data consistency
• Collaborating closely with business, development, and testing teams regarding system status
