Senior Product Designer (Banking)

• Minimum 5 years of professional UI/product design experience, ideally within banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven hands-on practical experience in Business Banking / Corporate Banking contexts.
• Strong, modern, and visually impressive design portfolio demonstrating user-centric digital-product work; portfolio examples relevant to business banking must be provided.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and other modern prototyping/design tools (e.g., ProtoPie, Framer, AI design tools).
• Substantial experience working with and governing design systems and component-based design approaches.
• Deep understanding of visual design fundamentals including color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, attention to detail, and experience with motion design, animations, and micro-interactions.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
• Experience designing complex enterprise-grade banking platforms or products used by business/corporate banking customers.

• Lead and govern the Corporate and Retail Banking design system, ensuring consistency, clear documentation, and alignment with product goals.
• Design high-quality, pixel-accurate user interfaces for web and mobile banking applications.
• Create and maintain coherent design systems and component libraries that reflect brand standards and UX principles.
• Produce interactive prototypes, visual concepts, and style guides to communicate design intent to stakeholders and teams.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to ensure cohesive UI/UX across digital banking products.
• Work with teams to validate design feasibility and ensure accurate implementation.
• Embed accessibility and responsive-design best practices into design deliverables.
• Monitor modern UI design trends, tools, and technologies and apply appropriate improvements to the digital banking experience.
