• Strong experience in project management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience in Scrum environments
• Practical knowledge of software delivery lifecycle and IT change management
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work across regions and maintain a global perspective

• Manage projects from definition to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Act as the key liaison between technology teams, delivery managers, and product owners, ensuring alignment with change portfolios
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution for application enhancements and rollouts
• Partner with global teams to accelerate adoption and embed new ways of working
• Facilitate risk and issue management, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with internal standards
• Apply Agile project management principles, ensuring consistent delivery across workstreams
