Wymagania
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in UX/User Experience Design for native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Degree focused on Interaction Design, Information Design, Interface Design, Psychology, or a similar field is ideal.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of interaction design.
- Ability to tackle novel and complex problems.
- Strong complexity management and hands-on mentality.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in UX design tools, especially Figma.
- Experience working with design systems; knowledge of connecting design systems to code is a plus.
- Experience in motion and interaction design with tools such as Rive or Figma Motion is advantageous.
- Fluent English is essential; strong German skills are a significant advantage.

- Collaborate with the UX team, Product, and business colleagues to design user-centered features for PAYBACK digital products.
- Understand problems from user and business perspectives and translate them into effective UX/UI concepts and prototypes.
- Test design concepts with users before development.
- Work with developers to ensure final products reflect intended user experience and design quality.
- Maintain and evolve the design system in collaboration with the UX team.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers.
- Balance user needs with business goals in design work.
