Mid Fullstack Python Developer

Ness Solution is building a newly formed cross-area team responsible for transforming underwriting processes using artificial intelligence and cloud technologies. The team develops AI agents and modern applications supporting underwriters, integrating technologies such as React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, LangChain, and Microsoft Azure services including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, and Blob Storage.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science / AI with at least 1 year of production deployments
• Proficiency in Python (including pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and SQL
• Good knowledge of React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI
• Familiarity with Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry
• Experience with LangGraph or similar orchestration tools, prompt engineering, and context engineering
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL database
• Practical experience in MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
• Experience with Azure cloud platform
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act requirements
• Higher education in technical fields (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform
• Azure certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and business process specifics
• Experience with integration tools like Kafka and ESB

• Build Underwriter OS applications: frontend with Next.js/React, backend with FastAPI/Python
• Integrate AI agents with the application, including extending orchestration via LangChain/LangGraph
• Integrate with policy administration systems, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portals, and Outlook
• Deploy solutions on Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and orchestrate AI agents by transforming underwriting guidelines into AI agent instructions
• Build document data extraction processes for broker documents
