Java Tech Lead

• Strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat, SOAP, and SQL
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead leading small development teams
• Hands-on development background
• Experience with code reviews, mentoring, and technical coordination
• Understanding of application architecture and technical decision-making
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and Polish (C1)
• Must be based in Poland
