Surfshark is hiring for a Mobile Acquisition Specialist role based in Warszawa focusing on scaling mobile app growth strategies through paid acquisition channels including Google App Campaigns, Apple Ads, TikTok, Reddit, DSPs, and Affiliates.
Wymagania
- Proven experience running digital performance marketing campaigns in Google Ads; app campaign experience is a plus.
- Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, CPA, and CPI.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data insights.
- High adaptability and eagerness to learn mobile-specific growth strategies and attribution tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills at C1 level.
Obowiązki
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google App Campaigns.
- Refresh and test ad assets regularly including copy, images, and video.
- Monitor daily campaign performance focusing on metrics like CPI, trial starts, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop new ad angles and visual assets.
- Learn and utilize mobile attribution platforms to analyze campaign conversions.
- Track performance data across attribution platforms for accurate measurement.
- Pull performance reports and contribute data-backed insights to team discussions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates relevant to mobile app growth.
