Domain Architect – Business Applications & Digital Transformation

Link Group is seeking a Domain Architect for their Digital & Architecture team based in Warszawa. The role focuses on the intersection of core business applications, modern digital technologies, and strategy, working closely with business leaders and digital teams.

• 5–8+ years of IT experience, particularly in architecture, solution design, or application management aligned with business domains.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, LIMS, and QMS.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
• Experience with digital process automation, data-driven applications, and identifying AI use cases.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder management skills in international or matrixed environments.
• Highly autonomous with ownership of topics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement and workshop leadership.
• Ability to deeply understand business processes and evaluate third-party SaaS/COTS tools.

• Define technology, application, integration, and data standards for the assigned domain aligned with enterprise principles.
• Collaborate with business leaders and Digital teams to identify opportunities, select market tools, and translate operational needs into technology roadmaps.
• Create target architectures and transformation roadmaps focusing on application simplification and cost optimization.
• Evaluate digital initiatives and candidate solutions for architectural fit, scalability, and integration compatibility.
• Monitor market trends in Cloud and AI and initiate proof-of-concepts for valuable technologies.
• Guide project teams through architectural decision-making across the initiative lifecycle.
