• Minimum 5 years of IT experience and at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Higher education (Bachelor's or Engineer degree).
• English language proficiency at least B2 level.
• Practical knowledge of at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including network services, identity and access management, compute, storage, containers, and databases.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud services related to infrastructure, networking, and storage.
• Strong skills in automation and scripting using tools and technologies like PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, or Go, Windows command line, and object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience in Linux administration and scripting, preferably in Red Hat environments.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows system administration.
• Good understanding of DevOps methodologies and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, auditing, and monitoring.
• Experience collaborating with multiple technical teams and providing IT support.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and working with ticketing systems, change management, configuration, and releases.
• Excellent knowledge of cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Excellent expertise in platform operations and maintenance.
• Excellent skills in process automation.

• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

• Administration, maintenance, and monitoring of corporate cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Management of resources, subscriptions, and user identities in the cloud environment.
• Automation of operational processes related to provisioning and configuring cloud services.
• Monitoring resource usage and preparing reports to support environment optimization.
• Supporting development and DevOps teams regarding cloud services and acting as second-line support.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and instructions related to cloud solutions.
• Collaborating with international ICT teams in operational activities, infrastructure improvements, and ensuring business continuity.
