• Experience in identity and access management within a financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills for problem identification and resolution.
• Technical proficiency in SQL queries and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Degree educated and/or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks regarding access management such as EBA-ICT and FFIEC.

• Perform requirements gathering and compile formal Business Requirements and Functional Specification documents.
• Engage throughout the Project Development lifecycle including proposing solutions, formulating and executing test plans, and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Complete project/work-stream status reports and escalate issues to management.
• Support Project Managers and business partners; advise on TEC solutions.
• Utilize strong analytical skills for issue resolution and evidence-based findings.
• Maintain excellent stakeholder communication and management.
• Own Risks, Issues, and Dependencies across projects.
• Provide MI/KPIs for the BA pillar.
• Lead by example in adhering to company values and policies.
• Foster collaboration across teams and enhance best practices.
