Technical Consultant - R&D Cloud Solutions (Poland - Remote)

• 4+ years of professional experience with enterprise SaaS cloud solutions across implementation, configuration, administration, or consulting, combining strategic business advisory with hands-on technical configuration for external B2B clients.
• Strong problem-solving agility to analyze complex business needs, design practical technical solutions, and deliver results with fluent English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Physical residence in Poland with full legal authorization to work locally (employment visa sponsorship is not available).

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with Veeva Vault, enterprise CRM platforms, or cloud architectures in regulated industries.

• Engage directly with client stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault capabilities across Clinical and Regulatory domains.
• Act as a strategic advisor translating client needs into practical, scalable solution designs while recommending best practices, identifying risks, and surfacing opportunities for client system improvement.
• Perform hands-on configuration to deliver system enhancements and guide clients through evaluating, testing, and adopting new Veeva product releases and capabilities.
• Lead clear client communication and partner with both customer stakeholders and internal Veeva Product and Services teams to align expectations, drive long-term success, and share field insights.
