mBank is a financial institution operating in Poland with a diverse workforce of nearly 2500 employees and engaging in initiatives that impact the environment and society. The bank runs a foundation supporting math education for children and youth and participates annually in the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP).

• At least 3 years of experience in IT, including software development, IT infrastructure management, or ICT risk management (e.g., internal audit, IT department, security, or consulting/audit firm)
• Knowledge of agile software development methodologies and technologies used in IT environment development and maintenance
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing and its applications
• Ability to analyze information and clearly formulate written conclusions
• Critical thinking, independence, and inquisitiveness
• Openness to development, new technologies, and continuous learning
• English language proficiency sufficient for documentation work and communication
• Team player with ease in building relationships across different organizational areas and levels

Nice to have:

• Experience and skills in auditing IT risk management, IT infrastructure management, and teleinformatics security
• Knowledge of national and European IT and teleinformatics security regulations
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CIA

• Conducting audits related to IT and teleinformatics security with support from audit team members
• Preparing audit documentation and audit reports
• Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of audit recommendations
• Participating in the preparation of audit plans and development of audit methodologies
• Identifying and assessing risk in bank processes
• Contributing to management reports/information related to audit scopes
• Implementing or modifying tools that support ongoing internal audit work
