Project Execution Coordinator (Product Lifecycle)

• Minimum 4 years experience in project execution, project management, product lifecycle management, supply chain, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, planning, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency with business systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Preferred experience in FMCG, manufacturing, product development, or regulated industries.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach with willingness to adapt to changing processes and tools.
• Fluent English.
• Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), with availability for late shifts 2-3 times per week.

• Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, modifications, and delistings.
• Manage project data, workflows, and execution readiness across business systems.
• Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Market teams.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage change requests, documentation, approvals, and audit-ready records.
• Support UPC code management, artwork and print verification, and product compliance activities.
• Ensure accurate tracking of execution progress and effective stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality, and delivery performance.
