Junior Wintel/VMware Engineer

• Proven experience in Windows Server administration
• Knowledge of Active Directory and core Windows services
• Experience with VMware or other virtualization technologies
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) and understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
• Troubleshooting and communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of English (B2+ level)
• Understanding of security best practices and knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes is a plus
• Microsoft certifications and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) are advantages
• Willingness to work in a 24/5 shift model with morning shifts during weekends included

• Administer and maintain Windows Server (2012-2025) environments
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
• Perform server installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot Wintel infrastructure issues
• Support and maintain VMware virtualized environments
• Ensure security compliance through patching and system hardening
• Collaborate with network, security, backup, and application teams
• Participate in Disaster Recovery activities, maintain documentation, and follow ITIL/ITSM processes
