Product Specification Specialist

• 2-4 years of experience in specifications management, product data management, regulatory documentation, supply chain, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience working with BOMs, product specifications, or master data systems.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Preferred knowledge of FMCG, manufacturing, regulatory, or quality processes.
• Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach with willingness to adapt to changing processes and tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), with availability to work the late shift up to 2-3 times per week.

• Create and maintain product specifications, BOMs, and material master data.
• Update and validate specification data in relevant systems following approved processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, traceability, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Support product introductions, modifications, and lifecycle changes through accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Compliance, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Master Data teams.
• Perform quality checks, resolve data issues, and support audit and release activities.
• Contribute to process improvements that reduce complexity and increase data quality and efficiency.
