Cash Application Analyst

Our client is a global corporation offering a dynamic and innovative work environment within global structures. The recruitment is coordinated by Antal, a recruitment company operating since 1996 in Poland and present in 35 countries, specializing in specialists and managers recruitment and HR consulting.

• At least 1 year of professional experience in AR/OTC/Cash Application.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area is preferred.
• Very good command of English (at least B2 level).
• Knowledge of SAP will be a very big plus.
• Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team.

• Daily booking of bank statements (manually and with RPA solution).
• Daily clearing of AR invoices via manual/automatic application of customer remittance advices.
• Oversee cash application process.
• Manage sales order release process.
• Maintain process description and desktop procedure for cash application processes.
• Optimize current cash application process in coordination with stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits and audit-related Accounts Receivable matters.
