Product & Business IT Consultant - Retail Security Solutions (B2B)

dmTECH is a company with over 1,400 experts creating and maintaining retailTECH solutions for the dm chain of drugstores operating in Germany, Austria, and Poland. The product area 'Self-checkout' develops international self-service and retail security solutions used in over 4,000 dm drugstores across Europe.

• Experience in IT product management in an agile environment.
• Very good knowledge of agile methodologies and practical experience using them.
• Experience in project coordination and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proven experience working with external partners and service providers.
• Analytical and conceptual approach to planning and developing digital products and services.
• Willingness to support pilot projects hands-on, including installation or support of systems directly in drugstores.
• Fluent communication in Polish and German (C1) and good English skills (B1).

Nice to have:

• Experience testing technological solutions directly in retail environments.
• Experience with self-service solutions, electronic article protection, or retail security systems in physical stores.

• Provide expert support in running and developing projects related to retail security products and goods protection, including concept development of retail security solutions like AI-based vision, electronic article protection, and self-service solutions.
• Coordinate and refine requirements in cooperation with dm business units, project stakeholders, and external partners.
• Analyze the market and monitor competitive solutions in retail security.
• Provide practical support for pilot projects directly in drugstores, including installation and support of internally developed dmTECH solutions.
• Support product development based on business needs, user feedback, and pilot test results.
