Wymagania
- 7+ years of experience in software/IT environments.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management.
- Experience with medium/large-scale international projects.
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Release Management.
- Experience with distributed/virtual teams.
- PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
Obowiązki
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, milestones and delivery plans.
- Coordinate distributed, multicultural project teams and stakeholders across local and global environments.
- Oversee project risks, resources, dependencies and overall delivery status.
- Plan and coordinate cutover, release and hypercare activities.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between business, IT and service teams.
- Identify potential issues and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.
- Apply project and program management methodologies across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
