Senior Java Developer

Development of a modern Talent Acquisition Suite platform supporting the full employee acquisition cycle, including candidate attraction, selection, employment, and onboarding. The platform focuses on comprehensive candidate management, compliance areas, and key operational functions. The system is developed using a microservices architecture with asynchronous communication and involves multiple independent but collaborating development teams.

• Very good knowledge of Java (17/21) and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and integration patterns.
• Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), hexagonal architecture, and event-driven design.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose scalable solutions.
• Awareness of data and task flow in complex systems.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Knowledge of cloud solutions, preferably AWS.
• Good team communication and openness to GenAI tools.

• Designing and developing microservices.
