(Not just a) Junior Software Engineer

• 0.5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• University degree or student status in IT/Computer Science.
• Very good English command (B2+), comfortable using it daily.
• Decent knowledge of at least one programming language used in web development.
• Problem-solving skills: able to diagnose problems, distill important information, and propose technical solutions.
• Focus on quality and clean code practices, taking responsibility for solution quality.
• Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Familiarity with core concepts of relational databases and SQL.
• Curiosity in AI: experiment with AI tools and know when to use them or think independently.
• Legally authorized to work in Poland.

• Join a self-organized team working directly with overseas clients daily.
• Become a consultant, understanding the business side of products, defining requirements, and crafting creative solutions.
• Have a real impact on what and how we build, contributing to a quality-focused, trust-based, self-organized team.
• Work with a varied tech stack including Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, Javascript, TypeScript, React, AWS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Contribute to impactful EdTech, MedTech, or Big Data projects, starting with established ones and exploring diverse new opportunities.
