Wymagania
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience, preferably in international transformational projects involving multiple countries and teams
- Strong understanding of Commercial, Sales, Customer Management, and Marketing processes
- Experience in CRM projects, Salesforce, or similar solutions
- Experience in Data & Analytics, KPI, and business data requirements
- Ability to define processes, business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience harmonizing processes and requirements across different countries
- Strong workshop facilitation skills, stakeholder management, and consensus building
- Ability to challenge requirements and lead stakeholders to concrete decisions
- Comfortable navigating between business, processes, and technology
- Fluent English language skills
Obowiązki
- Collect and analyze business needs reported by individual markets
- Conduct workshops with Commercial teams
- Translate local needs into coherent functional requirements
- Identify common needs and differentiate real business requirements from existing working methods
- Evaluate which solutions should be standardized and which require local approaches
- Actively lead discussions, engage stakeholders, and drive topics to clear decisions and outcomes
