Data Product Manager

ITLT provides expert IT solutions to partner companies, aiding their digital transformation by delivering experienced professionals and innovative IT solutions.

• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data architecture.
• University degree in engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, analytical and visualization tools like Power BI, and cloud database solutions, especially Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and privacy regulations.
• Full professional proficiency in English, capable of translating complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Leadership skills, pragmatism in problem-solving, client orientation, and openness to understanding retail and loyalty program specifics.

• Manage and lead a team of Data Product Specialists, defining product roadmaps based on data.
• Translate business needs into scalable data models and define key metrics to drive engagement and revenue growth.
• Operationalize data governance and compliance standards including GDPR, managing data catalog and enforcing data contracts and SLAs.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to integrate external data streams, solve data quality issues, and deliver certified reporting sets.
• Promote data utilization across the organization through training materials, presentations, and fostering an analytics culture.

The role requires work from Poland with fully remote work except for quarterly in-office presence in Warsaw. Flexibility to collaborate with the USA market (EST timezone) is required. Data processing and privacy notice provided by IT Leasing Team as data administrator per recruitment process.
