Senior Product Manager - Data & AI in Clinical Trials

• Over 10 years experience in data, analytics, and/or AI domains
• At least 5 years experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or CRO with clinical trial data expertise
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (CDISC), EDC platforms (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva EDC), and CTMS platforms
• Knowledge of ICH E6 GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR/HIPAA, and related clinical trial regulations
• Proven experience managing enterprise data products and AI products lifecycle
• Skills to lead executive-level strategy discussions and track product adoption
• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms, BI/Reporting, Analytics Modernization, Predictive Analytics, Generative AI
• Track record leading project teams of 10+ professionals
• Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
• Ability to manage customer expectations and articulate AI opportunities and limitations
• Passion for Data & AI and commitment to ongoing learning

Nice to have:

• Exposure to TMF systems and LMS platforms
• Experience with Decentralized Clinical Trial platforms and hybrid remote data
• Handling imaging/DICOM and unstructured clinical data
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance platforms and Phase IV/post-marketing analytics
• Prior consulting or vendor-side life sciences delivery experience

• Manage and coordinate consulting engagements end-to-end, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction
• Engage with stakeholders across clinical development and data domains to identify analytics opportunities
• Define success measures and track value realization and adoption post-implementation
• Map requirements to data products and analytics solutions across clinical trial data landscapes
• Envision, prototype, and oversee clinical analytics solutions implementation
• Drive data quality, governance, and standardization across clinical data sources including adherence to CDISC standards
• Advise clients on data governance and clinical trial analytics roadmaps
• Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams, bridging clinical operations with technical delivery
• Participate in team structure and talent selection decisions for project delivery excellence
• Partner with account managers to build and grow strategic customer relationships
• Support business development teams in pre-sales, proposals, and client presentations
