Senior Product Manager - Data & AI in Clinical Trials

• 10+ years experience in data, analytics, and/or AI domain
• 5+ years experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or CRO with clinical trial data exposure
• Familiarity with clinical trial data standards (CDISC), EDC (Medidata Rave, Veeva EDC, Oracle InForm), CTMS (Veeva Vault, Medidata CTMS)
• Knowledge of clinical analytics use cases: trial operations, site monitoring, recruitment, compliance reporting, pharmacovigilance
• Working knowledge of ICH E6 GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR/HIPAA, and relevant regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing data products across product lifecycle including AI products
• Ability to facilitate executive-level strategy discussions and value realization tracking
• Experience in UAT, product adoption measurement
• Experience delivering projects involving Cloud Data Platforms, BI/Reporting, Data Catalogs, Predictive Analytics, ML, Generative AI
• Exposure to multi-market or cross-domain products
• Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ professionals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage customer expectations and articulate AI opportunities and limitations
• A growth mindset and passion for Data & AI domain

Nice to have:

• Exposure to TMF systems (Veeva Vault) and LMS platforms
• Experience with DCT platforms and remote/hybrid trial data sources
• Experience handling imaging/DICOM or unstructured clinical data
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance platforms (Argus, ArisG, Veeva Safety)
• Prior consulting or vendor-side delivery experience in life sciences industry

• Manage and coordinate consulting engagements end-to-end, owning delivery output, quality, and client satisfaction
• Engage with customer stakeholders across Clinical Development, Clinical Trial Management, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and R&D Data Science
• Design and facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to define and prioritize needs
• Define success metrics and track value realization, adoption, and change management
• Advise clients on data governance and clinical trial analytics roadmaps
• Map stakeholder vision to specific data products, platforms, and analytics solutions across clinical trial data landscape
• Envision, prototype, and oversee implementation of analytical solutions in clinical trial domains
• Drive discussions on data quality, governance, and standardization, including CDISC-aligned data models and SDTM/ADaM mappings
• Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams on cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Databricks)
• Participate in decisions on team structures and talent selection
• Partner with account managers on customer relationships
• Support pre-sales, upsell initiatives, and contribute to RFx responses and client presentations
