Embedded Solutions Engineer

• Strong expertise in embedded systems, covering hardware, firmware, and software layers.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and hardware/embedded project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with modern embedded architectures (ARM Cortex-A, Cortex-M, Cortex-R) and software systems like Bare Metal, RTOS, Linux, Android.
• Knowledge of full product lifecycle including hardware design, manufacturing, and integration.
• Production experience managing complex multi-component projects involving hardware, firmware, software, mobile, and backend.
• Fluent English communication skills at B2+ level.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts and coordinate multiple ongoing initiatives effectively.
• Strong detail orientation and process discipline for maintaining trust and alignment in presales and delivery.

• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to evolve initial requirements into clear and feasible technical solutions.
• Lead architecture design activities for firmware and embedded software projects of various complexity.
• Lead and coordinate research and evaluation of new technologies to validate feasibility and guide solutions.
• Provide and review realistic solution estimates aligning with requirements and client needs.
• Create and present technical documentation communicating solution architecture and implementation strategies.
• Support project teams during delivery by providing architectural guidance and continuity from presales.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong expertise in embedded systems including hardware, firmware, and software layers.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and specifics of hardware/embedded project delivery.
• Hands-on experience with embedded architectures such as ARM Cortex-A, Cortex-M, Cortex-R, and software systems including Bare Metal, RTOS, Linux, and Android.
• Knowledge of end-to-end product lifecycle including hardware design, manufacturing, and hardware/firmware integration.
• Experience with complex multi-component projects involving hardware, firmware, software, mobile, and backend.

Communication and Coordination Skills:

• Fluent spoken and written English (B2+).
• Clear and confident communication of technical concepts to clients and teams.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple streams under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented approach during presales and delivery stages.
