Senior Product Manager - Data & AI in Clinical Trials

• 10+ years experience in data, analytics, or AI domain.
• 5+ years experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or CRO environments with hands-on clinical trial data work.
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (CDISC), EDC platforms (Medidata Rave, Veeva EDC, Oracle InForm), CTMS platforms (Veeva Vault CTMS, Medidata CTMS).
• Knowledge of clinical analytics use cases including trial operations, site monitoring, recruitment, compliance, and pharmacovigilance.
• Working knowledge of ICH E6 GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR/HIPAA regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in German, Spanish, or French is a strong plus.
• Experience managing enterprise data products including platforms, warehouses, BI, and advanced analytics.
• Experience managing AI products with understanding of distinctions from analytics products.
• Ability to lead executive-level strategy discussions and track value realization.
• Experience driving product design, running UATs, and measuring adoption.
• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms, BI/Reporting, Data Catalogs, Analytics Modernization, Predictive Analytics, ML, Generative AI.
• Experience leading project teams of 10+ professionals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Capability to manage expectations and articulate AI opportunities and limitations.
• Passion for Data & AI and continuous learning mindset.

• Manage and coordinate consulting engagements end-to-end, ensuring delivery output, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Engage with stakeholders across Clinical Development, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, and R&D Data Science to identify analytics opportunities.
• Design and facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to prioritize clinical trial data analytics needs.
• Define success measures and track value realization and adoption after solution deployment.
• Advise clients on data governance and clinical trial analytics roadmap.
• Map stakeholder requirements to data products and analytics solutions covering trial operations, monitoring, recruitment, compliance, and pharmacovigilance analytics.
• Envision, prototype, and oversee implementation of analytical solutions based on clinical trial domain expertise.
• Drive discussions on data quality, governance, clinical data standardization including CDISC-compliant models.
• Collaborate effectively with data engineering and architecture teams, bridging clinical needs with technical delivery.
• Participate in decisions on team composition and talent selection to ensure delivery excellence.
• Partner with account managers to build and retain strategic customer relationships.
• Support pre-sales and upsell activities including proposals and client presentations.
