Senior Product Manager - Data & AI in Clinical Trials

• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, and/or AI domain
• 5+ years working in Life Sciences, Pharma, or CRO environments with hands-on clinical trial data experience
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (CDISC), EDC platforms (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva EDC), CTMS platforms, and clinical analytics use cases
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including ICH E6 GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR/HIPAA
• Experience managing enterprise data products including data platforms, warehouses, lakes, BI, and AI solutions
• Ability to facilitate executive strategy discussions and value realization tracking
• Experience working directly with end users, leading product design, UAT, and adoption measurement
• Experience delivering projects involving Cloud Data Platforms, BI/Reporting, Data Catalogs, Predictive Analytics, ML, Generative AI, and Agentic Systems
• Proven track record leading teams of 10+ professionals
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive stakeholders
• Growth mindset with passion for evolving Data & AI landscapes

Nice to have:

• Exposure to TMF systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) and LMS platforms
• Experience with DCT platforms and remote/hybrid trial data sources
• Experience handling imaging/DICOM or unstructured clinical data
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance platforms (e.g., Argus, ArisG, Veeva Safety) and Phase IV/post-marketing analytics
• Prior consulting or vendor-side delivery experience in life sciences industry

• Manage and coordinate consulting engagements end-to-end, owning delivery output, quality, and client satisfaction
• Engage with customer stakeholders across Clinical Development and related functions to identify data and analytics opportunities
• Define success measures and track value realization, adoption, and change management post-implementation
• Map stakeholder requirements to clinical trial data products and analytics solutions
• Envision, prototype, and oversee implementation of analytical solutions across clinical trial and patient lifecycle analytics
• Drive discussions on data quality, governance, and standardization, including clinical data standards adoption (e.g., CDISC)
• Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams, ensuring alignment between clinical needs and technical delivery using cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Databricks
• Participate in team structure decisions to ensure optimal project staffing
• Partner with account managers and business development teams to build client relationships and support pre-sales and upsell initiatives
