• praktyczne doświadczenie z agentic engineeringiem i narzędziami Claude Code, Codex, Cursor lub podobnymi
• znajomość różnic między agentic coding a vibe codingiem oraz umiejętność projektowania agentic harness
• umiejętność projektowania gates, verification loops i wykrywania halucynacji oraz drift
• zarządzanie kontekstem i pracą wielu agentów przy większych zadaniach
• zarządzanie ekonomią pracy agentów: pomiar i ograniczanie token burn, dobór modelu, kontrola kosztów iteracji
• umiejętność zapewnienia, że agent generuje kod oraz weryfikuje rozwiązanie bez uszkadzania systemu
• dobra znajomość software engineering, architektury, testowania, Git, CI/CD oraz pracy z dużym istniejącym codebase
• biegłość w poruszaniu się w backendzie opartym na PHP

• rozwijanie produkcyjnego systemu przy pomocy agentów AI
• projektowanie harnessów i workflow dla agentów
• dzielenie pracy między agentów, dobór poziomu ich autonomii i zarządzanie kontekstem
• budowanie bramek, checkpointów, feedback loops i automatycznej weryfikacji
• kontrolowanie context/specification/architecture drift oraz spójności kodu tworzonego przez różnych agentów
• decydowanie o stosowaniu testów, static analysis, drugiego agenta lub human-in-the-loop
• kontrolowanie kosztu pracy agentów: zużycie tokenów, liczba iteracji, wielkość kontekstu oraz dobór modeli do zadań
• rozwijanie środowiska pracy agentów umożliwiającego bezpieczne i ekonomiczne delegowanie developmentu
