Mid Full Stack Python/AI Developer

Awareson is building an interdisciplinary team developing modern solutions based on artificial intelligence and public cloud technologies. The team creates applications using AI agents and large language models (LLM), automates business processes, and supports users in their daily work.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science / AI, including at least 1 year with production-deployed solutions
• Practical knowledge of Python and FastAPI
• Experience with React and Next.js
• Familiarity with AI and storage services in the Azure environment
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI agent orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and context engineering
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL
• Practical experience with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience with AI/ML solutions running in production
• Knowledge of AI Governance and the AI Act
• Ability to work from Poland

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI Search
• Knowledge of Power Platform
• Experience with Kafka or other integration solutions
• Azure certifications such as DP-100, AI-102, or AI-900

• Develop applications using React, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI
• Integrate and orchestrate AI agents within applications
• Work with LangGraph and LangChain frameworks
• Create solutions using LLM, prompt engineering, and context engineering
• Build automated data extraction processes from documents
• Integrate applications with existing systems and data sources
• Develop and deploy solutions within Microsoft Azure environment
• Utilize containers and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate on solutions related to AI Governance
